This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and for how long. Written to be read, not skipped.
What we collect
The site does not ask for your personal details. When you tap a WhatsApp button we record only that a chat was opened and which product you chose — not your name or number. What you write on WhatsApp reaches us directly, like any chat.
What we do not collect
We do not keep IP addresses (one is used only momentarily to block abuse), we use no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Why we collect it
To see which products interest visitors, and to answer your chat with the price and details.
How long we keep it
The record of opened chats is deleted after 24 months. WhatsApp chats stay in WhatsApp under your settings and ours.
Who sees it
Sales and management only. We share your data with third parties only to fulfil your order (a courier, for example) or under legal obligation.
Your rights
You may ask us to delete your chat or any data we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp or call, and we will respond within 30 days.
